Both activities were held in the Tuz Khurmatu Martyrs Hall at precisely 10:00 AM, and included: The course, "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation: A Roadmap for the Future of Business," a specialized training course held over two days: Wednesday and Thursday, corresponding to 3-4/12/2025, where the lecturers—Assist. Lect. Najah Madad Wardi, Assist. Lect. Farah Sabah Khalaf, and Assist. Lect. Koun Al Qasim Askar—reviewed the vital importance of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in shaping a clear vision for the future of the business environment and forthcoming professional needs; and the activity, "Success Stories," an inspirational seminar that took place on Monday, 1/12/2025, which focused on fostering a culture of initiative and ambition by reviewing personal successful experiences, with speakers including Assist. The Deanship of the College of Education, Tuz Khurmatu, participated in the activities of the First International Conference on Digital Sciences and Artificial Intelligence.
Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, Dean of the College of Education, Tuz Khurmatu, participated in the conference's events. The conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and organized by the Department of Research and Development in collaboration with Al-Nahrain University and Al-Zahrawi University.
The conference was convened at the Al-Salam Hall, Al-Nahrain University, on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at ten o'clock in the morning.
The Deanship's participation in this prestigious scientific forum underscores its firm belief in the necessity of keeping pace with digital transformation and implementing the latest scientific requirements in the fields of Sciences and Artificial Intelligence. In alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of Tikrit University, and within the framework of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education (Tikrit University – Tuz Khurmatu College of Education) and the Ministry of Education (Salah al-Din Education Directorate – Literacy Department / Tuz Division – Al-Intisar Mixed Center), and in accordance with the requirements of institutional accreditation which emphasize promoting community engagement and supporting continuing education programs, the Tuz Khurmatu College of Education organized an event today, Saturday, 6/12/2025, titled: "Adult Education and Literacy: A National Responsibility and a Developmental Renaissance." This event was held with the direct support of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq.
This activity falls within the scope of the community role of the Tuz Khurmatu College of Education and aims to consolidate awareness of the importance of literacy as a national and developmental project. It seeks to build individuals capable of innovation and active participation in community development and the achievement of social justice, as no society can advance without the integration of governmental, educational, and familial efforts in supporting education and enhancing awareness of it.
The lectures were delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Intisar Salam Youssef, Assistant Professor Dr. Kani Qasim Ahmed, and Assistant Professor Dr. Samar Nash’at Ali. The event was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Mr. Ali Salah Zain Al-Abidin, and the Center Director, Mr. Muhannad Hussein Ismail.
Furthermore, both parties agreed to continue cooperation and coordination to organize future seminars and awareness programs within the college, in support of literacy programs and to enhance the developmental role undertaken by both the higher education and education institutions in serving the community.

"Quranic Awareness between Authenticity and Contemporary Reality: The Scourge of Narcotics as a Model"
The event was held on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
The seminar was delivered by the lecturer Mr. Hussein Yousef Al-Mousawi, Director of the Holy Quran Institute, affiliated with the Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran at the Holy Abbasid Shrine.
He addressed the role of the Holy Quran in building youth consciousness and protecting them from deviant behaviors, particularly focusing on the scourge of narcotics and its impact on society.The seminar included a Quranic competition with the participation of several students, and honorary gifts were distributed to the participants at the conclusion of the event.The seminar was attended by the Dean of the College, along with a group of college affiliates (staff) and students, which contributed to enriching the seminar's axes and enhancing engagement with its subject matter.
